Chip and his team work closely with architects and interior designers to help bring to life the dreams and expectations of every homeowner. Working with a client throughout the entire designing and building process inevitably leads to what Chip considers the favorite part of his job: building and fostering a lasting relationship with his clients. 

Chip and his subcontractors work with clients throughout the building process to make sure they get it right. “Communication is one of the keys to our success. We determine what a particular client wants, and cater to those need,” Chip says. Helping the client see what the finished product will look like is certainly a part of that communication but it is the wishes of our clients that take precedent. 

Seigler Building & Development has twice been the builder of the prestigious Knoxville Symphony League Show House, in 2006 and 2009. We contract and manage a cadre of experienced and professional subcontractors. Our policy is to only work with the best in their fields. This allows us to produce spectacular results visually, functionally, and qualitatively. Our Expectations are to manage a turnkey project from start to finish and in the end deliver a project that was on time, on budget and exceeds customer expectations.
